By using the Kovai Cleaning Services website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Kovai Cleaning Services provides professional home, office, and villa cleaning services across Tamil Nadu. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge.

Liability

Kovai Cleaning Services takes utmost care with your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will assess and compensate as per our damage policy. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by items left unsecured.
